Purlins and Handrails Bolted to Columns with 3/8" - 16 Hex Bolts (4 Per Module)
Deck Screwed with Coated Screws, Nailers Secured with 10 - 24 Galvanized Screws
Roof Secured with Self Tapping Screws

1. We use carriage bolts on purlin supports
2. All columns are 6' centers for extra strength
3. 1' to 2 ' spacing on floatation on all docks
4. All frames are bolted together in three (3) different places per frame
5. Use grade 5 bolts on all dock sections
6. Use carriage bolts on handrails
7. Use 3/8" grade 5 bolts to hold floatation to frames
8. We use sleeper boards every 24" for decking
9. Ramps are attached to docks with a full length hinge pipe (1 1/2") for total support
